I would like to appologize, I will be putting my Ino Project on hold for now, due to personal reasons. I will, however, not be deleting the current work that's on here. I'll continue one day in the future I hope. For those of you who were anticipating a new post, again, I appologize. Ino will return.

I'm sorry I haven't posted lately, I've been so caught up with my gym battle victory over Misty, I've been so excited! I used my Squirtle and Paras and she used the same Pokemon as she did with Seth. None of my Pokemon fainted! It was great! I won, but in the final match against Starmie and Squirtle, she almost got me! But for some reason the Starmie was affected by my Squirtle's bubble in a strange way, it seamed to have stunned it..I wonder if it was because of the minty toothpaste? Ah well! I won! I won!

Seth and I are going to head south for a while, heard there's another gym down that way! So we'll be a few days!

In the past few days, Seth and I decided to train our newest Pokemon to catch them up with the others. It all went well, and we even..unfortunately..nicely gave Niel some hints on training. His Rattata seems to be mal-nurished..so I felt bad for it and wanted it to be healthier..

Seth's Bellsprout evolved yesterday. :) It's a Weepinbell now. It didn't seem to take it long at all huh? My Paras's mushrooms are growing more, they're getting almost too big to stay on it's back! I hope that means I'm taking care of it properly. My Onix is REALLY strong! It was smashing up the ground with it's attacks while I was training it. I'm amazed it listens to me. Seth's Geodude is kinda strange. He seems to like blowing up..very..odd..

Seth took on Misty today! He almost lost, it was a 2 Pokemon Battle. Each trainer could use two Pokemon. Misty used Staryu and Starmie..Seth used Charmander and Weepinbell..he's lucky his Weepinbell didn't faint! Unfortunately his Charmander did. :( We went straight to the Pokemon Center right after, so I'm not sure if Grace saw the battle or not. I'm going to try at Misty tomorrow, right now we're going for a late lunch, we just got Seth's Charmander back. Poor thing.

Seth and I went North of Cerulean City a few days ago. It took way longer than we thought to go and get back! Well..we did make a stop, but I'll get into that shortly.

First thing we did was bump into a group of people that wanted to battle one of us. I let Seth do it, since I got to battle Grace. They wouldn't let us go across the bridge untill we won, so it took up a lot of time to get proper strategies to win. I gave Seth some pointers to what I've learned, and I learned some things that he had by watching. He used his Geodude a lot. I can't remember everything in detail, but he won using Geodude, Charmander, and Spearow. He won and got a Gold Nugget for winning. :) Isn't that cool? So now he has more money to spend on food and supplies! He's pretty rich after selling it.

After that we continued on the way, and bumped into a lot of trainers. And I do mean a lot of them. It caused us a lot of profit for winning tons of matches. Seth and I took turns battling. I saw an Eevee! The Trainer that had it was so good to it too! It was sweet and rubbed up against me a lot. :) I didn't have the heart to battle it..though I'm sure it would've won!

We did some Pokemon Hunting, then it got really late so we made camp. In the middle of the night, Seth got up cause he heard a noise around where our food was, it was a Rattata trying to nab some. Well he stopped it, and it ran off, and bumped into a Bellsprout, which then was irritatted, and instead of seeing the Rattata, it saw Seth and attacked because it was sleeping. Seth used his Charmander and caught it, but a lot of trainers around us were aggrivated cause it was really late. :P Poor Trainers.

So now Seth has a Bellsprout. After that we went on ahead, battled several more trainers, and found a house a bunch of people were huddled around. They say it's the house of the "Pokemaniac" Bill. I wasn't sure what exactly was the big deal about a guy who was obsessed with Pokemon, and what wasn't the big deal about some other person who's obsessed with Pokemon..but then I discovered that he made the transporting device that sends your Pokemon to where they're "stored" and taken care of while you aren't training them. Something was up though, Bill didn't seem to be home, even though he was supposed to be giving a lecture about Pokemon that day. Well Seth and I waited for a day to see if he'd show up, he didn't, so we went into his house to make sure things were ok. We saw a talking Pokemon there! Ok..ok..it wasn't really a talking Pokemon, but it was Bill. An experiment of his went awry..so we helped him fix himself. He showed us a lot of his Pokemon. I like his Eevee and Eevee evolution collection. :) I was some Eevees..

Well before we overstayed our visit, we returned back to Cerulean City..which we just got back..and now we're hungry so we're getting some food! We're going to try to take on Misty soon!

We went to the East Yesterday! We visitted Rock Tunnel..but it was really dark in there and we didn't have our flash lights so we had to turn back. We climbed a little ways up the mountain, we couldn't get far..we're not experienced climbers.. We bumped into Niel whining because he was getting lectured by a Hiker and his Geodude. Apparently Niel tried to cheat by spraying his water bottle on the Geodude so his Rattata could get a good shot in...Niel's not very smart..

We made it about a fourth of the way up before we decided to go back down and head back to Cerulean City..we didn't see any Pokemon around..then all of a sudden the ground started rumbling, Seth slipped and slid down a not so bumpy part of the trail..I couldn't see him anymore, and out of the ground comes this HUGE Onix! I was petrified with fear! It looked down at me, looked like it was angry..maybe Seth and I invaded it's home and disturbed it's rest..but I knew I had to do something to protect myself. I grabbed Squirtle's Pokemon, threw him for a go, and was ready to battle. Squirtle looked ready to go, and almost before I could get the words out of my mouth he shot out this HUGE Watergun! The Onix wreathed and flailed around in pain, then looked down at us again..he wasn't pleased. I yelled for Squirtle to run out of the way, and I ran backwards myself..the Onix's tail came down after us..almost squishing the both of us. Luckilly I had JUST gotten out of the way..but the rumble on the ground made me fall. Squirtle was fine, he stood ready for an order, I told him to shoot out another Watergun, but this time don't stop, keep it going. Squirtle did so and I noticed while Squirtle was shooting out the water, the Onix was stuck in that spot, he was in too much pain to move..so I took advantage of that time. I grabbed an empty Pokeball, threw it, and in went the Onix! The Pokeball flailed around a LOT, and unfortunately the Pokeball busted open, it was broken(that was a waste of money).

I suppose out of instinct, Squirtle shot out another watergun attack. I waited a while longer, the Onix and Squirtle looked like they were getting tired, so I tried another Pokeball, the Onix went in, and it didn't flail around as much this time..and finally the red light on the Pokeball vanished! I caught an Onix!

This is great! Big big big thing! Crossing my fingers, I recalled Squirtle and threw out my new Onix's Pokeball..it didn't attack me! Yay! I road it a little ways down the mountain, til I saw Seth trying to come back up, looking for me, and I let him on, then we road back to Cerulean City!

Now, we're getting ready to go North. :)

Seth and I have been training lately, thinking we should wait a while before we try to battle Misty, the gym leader here. Maybe we can go north for a little while and maybe catch other Pokemon?

Or maybe to the east instead of the West for a little while, I heard there're some pretty powerful rock Pokemon over there. Or maybe we can go both north and east!

Whatever we do, I'm sure we'll be better off. :P

Well that's all that really happened lately, besides bumping into Niel some more.

I finally got to see Grace today! After some practice with Seth outside of town, we went to have lunch, then practiced more..then we had dinner, and then it was time to meet Grace! We talked for a little while, and I introduced her to Seth. (I think Seth has a crush on her) Then it was battle time!

I used Shellton, my Squirtle, and she used a Wartortle! It was a really awesome battle! I tried using the same strategy as I did with Brock, speed and lots of running..but there wasn't much to run from this time! Grace did a lot of waiting, and a lot of energy building..I'd never seen that done before. Not even in the Pokemon League matches I watched on TV. And every time Shellton got close to her Wartortle, she knocked it back with some strengthened move she was just waiting to use! It was extremely one sided for a long time til I remembered that if I had Shellton duck into it's shell it wouldn't hurt it so baddly..but that strategy didn't last long, she slaughtered me..I've never ever every seen anything like it.. I can't wait to become like her. ;.;

After that Seth and I had to go so we wouldn't be locked out of the Pokemon Center again..and guess who we saw? That's right..Niel.. He watched my battle and decided to start laughing at me and made several rude comments I decided to ignore..THEN he decided to show off the fact he had two new Pokemon. He had a Zubat and a Rattata..so it was his after all..

Well he said he wants to battle Seth and see if he's any good, and said that I'm obviously not cause I can't beat a "dork who hangs around a gym all day". Grace don't let him aggrivate you! He's the dork that can't catch Pokemon very well! ^_^;

Time for me to go now, Squirtle deserves an extra snack for battling so well..the others deserve snacks for training so well..ok I spoil them, shush!

I'm sorry Grace! Seth and I were out late and the Pokemon Center already closed! We couldn't get to the PC til it was too late! Please please please keep me up on a match! Is there any time tomorrow we can do this?

;_; The good news about staying out late though is we got more training in!

That took a really long time! At least Seth and I were prepared this time! Well, we went through the cave with Brock, to start this story off. We went in and Seth caught a Geodude not long after. Well we furthered ourselves inside the cave and found that Rocket member, he was with someone else who was yelling at him for not having a Pokemon that can dig. It turned out they were digging for Moon Stones. For some reason I always figured Moon Stones were from the MOON, so they wouldn't really be under the earth, but oh well, Team Rocket seems stupid anyway.

This is where the fun started! A few Rocket members showed up, and apparently they weren't that high in rank, because when they started to poke at us, then throw their Pokemon out, we threw out ours and scared their socks off! Most of them used Zubats, so my Pikachu, Seth's Pikachu, and Brock's Geodude did really well. :) They ran off and told their boss that they were found out, we heard them say they should disembark from the mission.

So our mission was successful! Brock seperated after fixing us some cooked lunch(which was really nice of him) and Seth and I set off toward Cerulean again. Further in we found a Clefairy which was adorable, but it looked content in the cave so I left it alone. But then I found a friendly Paras that followed us all over the place, so I asked it if it wanted a trainer and it seemed very pleased that I asked. So now I have a Paras!

Well, finally, Seth and I made it out, and we're in Cerulean City's Pokemon Center! Jaax! If you're here let me know where and I'll come visit you! I'll bring Seth too! :)

Today, early early this morning, Brock came to the Pokemon Center and woke Seth and I up. He told us that one of us could battle him then, and one of us could battle him later in the afternoon.

Seth let me go first since I hadn't had a chance yet. He used his Geodude and I used my Squirtle and I won with flying colors! I've earned a Bolder Badge and I'm just really proud of myself!

Seth battled him again just an hour and a half ago. He used his Onix and Seth used his Charmander. Seth won this time! He prepared himself more for Brock's strength strategies! It was great to watch, and just as Brock handed him his Bolder Badge, that guy with the R showed up again. :( He tried to take Brock's Onix, said something about needing to dig at Mt. Moon..

I wonder what they could be looking for at Mt. Moon..

Well, needless to say, Brock knocked him back and kep his Onix. We're going to travel to Mt. Moon together tomorrow morning and see if we can find out anything, and once we do and finish whatever needs to be done Seth and I are going onto Cerulean City and Brock's returning to Pewter.

Well I better go, I have hungry Pokemon here!

Seth and I went to battle Brock again a few days ago right? Well we just left the gym.. Brock wasn't there when we got there and well..the guy we had met before with the letter R on his shirt was! Can't remember what you said he was, but he was obviously up to no good.

Once he spotted Seth and I watching him, he threw something down, ran out, and the boulders at the entrance of the gym collapsed and covered our exit! We had to stay in there and wait for Brock to come back and dig us out with his Onix!

That was just crazy!

Good news is, NOW we get to have our match with him, but for safety measures, he said we can have it OUTSIDE of the gym.

Current Mood: exhausted

Seth and I have been training for the past few days, we're tired, but we think Seth is ready for his rematch against Brock! And I think I'm ready for my first Match!

This'll be great I'm sure!

Seth and I saw Niel leave Brocks Gym today in an irritable mood. He was carrying a Rattata. I'm not sure if it's his or not so I won't mark it as his just yet, but I'll do my best to find out. ;)

After dinner Seth and I are going to train a little longer, then rest up, and go for Seth's Rematch!

Seth, our Pokemon, and I had to camp in the forest last night. We were NOT prepared for that! I didn't know that place was so big and creepy! But the good news is, his Caterpie evolved into a Metapod, my Weedle evolved into a Kakuna, his Metapod evolved into a Butterfree, and my Kakuna evolved into a Beedrill!

So..uh..now I like Beedrill. :)

We did bump into Niel again, he was snivelling and whining cause it was dark. It was slightly humorous but I figured it would be better to invite him to stick with us for the night instead of continuously whining and possibly getting himself hurt.

The next morning we bumped into two lost Pikachu, a girl and boy, I think they were sibblings. Seth caught the boy and I caught the girl. They seem happier now they have someone to help them and can stick around each other. :) I don't think Seth and I are gonna seperate on this journey, which'll make it fun!

Niel got mad that we caught more Pokemon than him now, so he went off to go find his own.

Now we're in Pewter City, we ate..oh boy did we eat. And now we're preparing for the Gym Leader! My first Gym Battle coming soon!

Seth and I visitted the entrance to Viridian Forest today. It's very large, but we bumped into a pack of irritable Spearow before we entered so we decided to come back to the Pokemon Center and rest up before we entered. On the plus side, Seth now has a Spearow for his flying type. There was a poor Weedle in the cross-fire, so I now have a Weedle. :) He seems a bit rushy though, which might be why he got caught up in our battle with the Spearow, but none-the-less, I've decided to take care of him and train him up a lot! Seth's Caterpie doesn't seem to like him very much, but that's alright, they'll learn to like each other. Especially since Seth and I are travelling together for the time being.

Well it's time to go, we need to prepare for the big spooky forest.

I've spent the whole day here in and around Viridian City. I've been working hard, training Squirtle and Pidgey equally. Pidgey's really smart, he catches onto things quickly, although he didn't like the toothpaste I offered him, I guess just Squirtle likes the taste of it..either that or Squirtle's just really hygenic and Pidgey isn't..maybe I should work on balancing them both out one day..

I headed toward the west of the city today and saw Seth and Niel arguing with each other. Niel made a friend and he wanted to battle Seth along with his friend at the same time, Seth said that wouldn't be fair, two trainers barking orders at their Pokemon to attack one trainer's two Pokemon, since Seth only has one mouth it'd be slightly tough for him, especially at the beginning, so I ran up and offered to help Seth! Seth and I battled Niel and his new friend, unfortunately Seth and I lost, we managed to knock out Niel's Bulbasaur, but the other kid was an experienced trainer, beyond our years, and he had a Nidorino. Niel laughed at us because he "won", but whenever Seth and I brought up the fact he didn't manage anything toward the victory he kep quiet. His friend though, I didn't catch his name, was a total jerk. He shoved Seth and told him to give him his Charmander as a winning prize, which made Niel laugh even harder, but Seth refused. The other kid sent out his Nidorino again and threatened to TAKE his Charmander, but we were awfully close to the road toward the Indigo Plateau so some stronger trainers overheard and protected Seth and I. We both got away and made it to the Pokemon Center and told Nurse Joy about the mess, apparantly his stupid R shirt meant something. I don't know what but it was rediculous.

Seth and I are staying the night in the Pokemon Center again, we're thinking about going through Viridian Forest tomorrow. I'll have to keep my eyes open for a Pikachu! And maybe a Caterpie..I didn't see any of those on the way up this time..

By the way, Seth says hello to everyone reading this.

..Uh oh, Niel just came in, he looks mad..I'm going to go before he gets nosey and tries to change my post.

Today I got up very early! VERY early! I was up at 4am, rearing to go. My Squirtle, who does really well with a Watergun attack I might add, was up before me! We both ate some breakfast, and gathered my birthday presents, which were: A new shoulder bag from my mom, Three Potions from my dad, Five Pokeballs from my Cousin Mal, Three Pokeballs from the brothers next door, a map of the Kanto Region and it's routes from Niel's sister, a dirty look which caused inspiration from Niel, a miniature television from Glenn that picks up on a really handy channel that gives Pokemon Trainers advice, and a brand new white hat from Professor Oak. ^_^

Anyhow..before I get side tracked, after I gathered all my things together, my Squirtle and I ate a big breakfast, bid my mother and father farewell, and set out for Viridian City. I wanted to make sure my Squirtle didn't get too tired, but I didn't want it to miss out on Exercise so I had it walk half way..though we were lost most of that half. I forgot which way was north. <_> I guess I need a compass. Anyhow, after a while of walking the second half I bumped up on a Pidgey pecking around for lunch. I didn't really think of a Pidgey as a battling Pokemon before I was a trainer but now, when I saw it I saw it in a whole new light..so I pulled Squirtle's Pokeball out of my belt, threw it, and started to battle against the Pidgey. It was a fierce bird that's for sure, Squirtle got tired at the end of the battle, so I decided to take a break, but we didn't take a break alone, we took one with our new friend! Pidgey! Yes, I caught my first Pokemon! I'm so excited. :D

Squirtle and I ate lunch under a tree, Pidgey didn't want anything, he already ate before I tried to catch him. (What? Do you think I'm gonna be rude and ruin his meal?). Then we ventured further, and now we're here! In Viridian City's Pokemon Center! Hungry yet again..but we're here! They're serving dinner for late trainers now though, so I better hurry! Nurse Joy has my Squirtle and Pidgey with her at the moment. :)

Today, my birthday, I finally recieved my first Pokemon. I choise Squirtle and already started training with it. I battled Niel first thing, and I won! He had a Bulbasaur..a type advantage, but I still won! Seth chose Charmander, and now the three of us are starting our Journey. Seth already left tonight, I'm waiting for the morning, I still have a Birthday party to get to. :)

I think this journey will be a great one..

Well, I got back last night, after a long walk back, and a tour of the route toward the Indigo Plateau. On our way back..the brilliant Pokemon Master Niel decided to kick a Weedle.. Once it stopped rolling on the ground it made this whining noise and all of a sudden a HUGE swarm of Beedrill started chasing after us. I have NEVER been so scared in my LIFE! I thought they were gonna impale us or eat us alive or something! It was awfully crazy..although..fun..in a strange way. I think I'll enjoy this upcoming adventure..if it'll ever get here!

Seth caught a Caterpie by accident though..only after he wrestled his pokeball back from Niel. You see..in the fight..well..not really a fight but you know what I mean. Anyhow, during the whole mess Seth got the Pokeball out of his hand, then fell over backwards after Niel pushed him, the Pokeball then flew out of his hand, bounced off a tree, and hit a Caterpie on the head, opening up and capturing it. It was humorous but neat! After that Seth was nervous he wouldn't get his starting Pokemon, but our teacher assured him he would, he'd just start his adventure with two. Isn't that cool!?! Hopefully I'll get to see Seth a lot and keep an eye on how that Caterpie is doing, it was so cute. ^_^

Well I should probably go now..we have one more lecture at the lab. It's about breeding. ^_^;

Today and yesterday my teacher decided to take the top three students on a field trip to Viridian City. I never knew there were so many Rattata and Pidgey in one area! That's all I saw on our way there. Anyhow, Seth was one of the students that came, and unfortunately, so was Niel. The whole way he was talking about how all he had to do was throw a Pokeball at the Rattata and Pidgey and he'd have them, since he was so skilled at Pokemon. Seth had a Pokeball with him and handed it to Niel and told him go ahead since he's so good. Niel on the other hand said no, he didn't want a Pokemon that weak. Seth and I rolled our eyes in sync with one another, and well..the nerve of Niel, he kep Seth's Pokeball!

I need to hurry at the moment though, we're not done with the tour of the Pokemon Center here in town! Thank goodness they have computers here!

I should be home in a couple of days, I'll post again once I'm home, or if we stick at the Pokemon center again!

My birthday is getting very very very close! From the looks of things, it'll at least be a day or two delay before all the beginning trainers can pick their first Pokemon. No matter though, at least I still get one!

Not much has happened yet, maybe I'll make a second post if something comes up.

I just felt like bugging people cause my birthday's coming. :D
